Aside from our adventures on the Chesapeake aboard the Pal-O-Mine, Great Wye Charters also offers Captain’s Services to clients in need of a highly experienced captain to assist your on-the-water needs.
Captain Francis Hemsley is a USCG-licensed 100-ton Master Captain, operating a variety of vessels throughout the majority of the East Coast’s waterways since 2010. Winter “snowbird” boat deliveries are in popular demand for clients looking to have their vessel relocated to the warmer waters of the South. Traveling on the ocean or the ICW, Capt. Francis has operated extensively on both, from New Jersey to the blue water of South Florida.

Local Chesapeake Bay Captain’s Services are also available for clients. These services include private fishing trips, bachelor/bachelorette parties, boat deliveries, or cocktail cruises on board your own personal vessel but need a safe, licensed captain to help complete your special day.
